Who operates poolgame.io

Hello, I'm Fabby owner of poolgame.io, based in Europe! I've been playing pool and pool games my whole life so I decided to make one myself.

Pro purchases

Paddle processes Pro payments and refunds. We store an order reference linked to your player account and its payment or refund status to manage Pro access and prevent repeat purchases. Card details are handled by Paddle and are not stored by poolgame.io. See Paddle’s privacy policy for its payment data practices.

Browser storage and connection information

For free online matches, we store account IDs, match references and the time played to enforce the one-hour free-game cooldown.

We use a random browser identifier and game activity to estimate current player numbers and games started. These statistics are visible only to the site administrator. Activity records are kept for approximately one month.

Cloudflare provides hosting and network security. Google, Supabase and Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser information, security events and technical logs while providing their services. The game does not intentionally include visitor IP addresses in player profiles, lobby messages or opponent-facing data.

Game availability

Features, layouts and rules may change, and testing or maintenance may interrupt play. There are currently no paid subscriptions, purchases, cash prizes or wagering features.

Your account and access

Google sign-in identifies your player account for online lobbies. In the game, you appear as a generated User###### name. Your Google name, photo and email are not shown to your opponent or shared with anyone else on the site.

Sign-in shares basic account information with our authentication provider, Supabase. It does not grant access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files. Read the privacy policy for details!

Fair use

Do not attack, overload or interfere with the service; use automation to abuse lobbies; bypass access controls; exploit bugs to disrupt another player's game; or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect other players or the service.

Leaving or requesting deletion

You can stop playing at any time and sign out through the profile menu. To request deletion of your account, contact [email protected] from your sign-in email. See the privacy policy for details.

Changes

We may update these terms as the game develops. The date above identifies the current version. Any paid offering would be described separately before a purchase and would require its own clear pricing and terms.

How to request a refund

For purchases processed by Paddle, you can request a refund through Paddle buyer support or the support link in your receipt.

After a refund

The refunded purchase will no longer provide Pro benefits. After a Pro refund, that game account will not be eligible to purchase Pro again. For Paddle purchases, see Paddle's refund policy and buyer terms.
